Amanda Smith, founder of The Lofton, brings Le Cordon Bleu expertise and years of catering and wedding experience into every celebration hosted on the property.

After launching Endless Catering, now The Lofton Catering, Amanda expanded her vision to create ​fully hosted wedding weekends​ where couples could have catering, design, coordination, lodging, and guest experience all thoughtfully handled.

Today, Amanda helps oversee the overall flow and experience of Lofton weddings, from menu planning and reception design to the details that make each weekend feel welcoming, seamless, and personal to every couple.

Leticia De La Paz, Venue Manager

Leticia De La Paz, venue manager at The Lofton, brings over 11 years of experience working alongside her sister Amanda Smith to help create seamless wedding weekends from start to finish.

Her background in banking and operations brings an organized, detail-focused approach to timelines,​ coordination, logistics, and the behind-the-scenes flow of each celebration throughout the entire wedding weekend.

From vendor communication and setup execution to helping couples feel supported throughout the planning process, Leticia plays a key role in making every wedding weekend at The Lofton feel calm, intentional, and fully taken care of.

Saige & Krista, Kitchen & Pastry Team

Working behind the scenes in The Lofton kitchen and pastry team, Saige and Krista help create the comforting, crowd-pleasing food and desserts that guests remember long after the wedding weekend ends.

From buffet-style catering and cocktail hour favorites to cakes, desserts, and late-night bites, they help bring warmth, presentation, and thoughtful detail to every part of the celebration experience.

Jennifer, Florist

Jennifer brings bouquets, ceremony florals, reception arrangements, and seasonal greenery details to life throughout The Lofton property, helping each wedding weekend feel thoughtfully styled.

From soft spring blooms to richer seasonal color palettes, she works closely with the team to create floral moments that feel natural to each couple’s celebration and the overall atmosphere of the weekend.
