After launching Endless Catering, now The Lofton Catering, Amanda expanded her vision to create โfully hosted wedding weekendsโ where couples could have catering, design, coordination, lodging, and guest experience all thoughtfully handled.
Today, Amanda helps oversee the overall flow and experience of Lofton weddings, from menu planning and reception design to the details that make each weekend feel welcoming, seamless, and personal to every couple.
